What if my print is lost or stolen?

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but is not present at your doorstep, we kindly ask you to first verify the accuracy of the shipping address in your confirmation email. Regrettably, we cannot provide complimentary replacements for print orders if the shipping address is incorrect.

If a package cannot be successfully delivered and is consequently returned to our studio, we are pleased to re-ship it to you, albeit with an additional postage fee.

It's important to note that we cannot reprint any order without a charge if it has not been delivered, or if it has been reported as lost or stolen.

Canvas Prints Processing Time: Please allow 14-21 days for Stretched and Framed prints to be processed. Each print is made to order and shipped in a sturdy packaged box.

Original Paintings Shipping: Please allow 14-21 days for Originals to be packaged and shipped. Each original painting is packaged in a sturdy re-enforced box for safe transit and sent via UPS.

Commissioned Paintings Shipping: Commissions will be shipped once completed and final payment is received. These will be agreed upon between the client and Rebecca King Art LLC.
